Refund policy

* You may return unused, undamaged items within 14 calendar days of delivery for refund or exchange.

* Items must be in original packaging, with all tags attached.  Perfume, body mist & sealed beauty items: can only be returned if unopened — hygiene reasons.
Earrings: non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

* Faulty/damaged items: contact us immediately — we will cover return cost and send replacement or full refund.

* Non‑returnable: personalised items, earrings for hygiene reasons, sale items unless faulty.

* Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
